Is there a setup fee?

A one-time $3,000 setup fee applies to all new accounts. It can be waived depending on your quote — just ask.

What security and compliance documentation do you provide?

Blue Canvas is SOC 2 Type II certified. On request we can share our SOC 2 report, penetration test results, cyber security / E&O insurance certificate, GDPR DPA, ISO 27001 documentation, and complete vendor security questionnaires. Let us know what your team requires and we'll send it over.
